Order Issues
If you believe there is an issue with the item you received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us assess the situation properly, we require the following:

A clear, unedited (no cuts) video showing the package being opened from start to finish. This video must include the unopened parcel with the shipping label visible, and the entire unboxing process. (In 24 hours)

Clear photos of the product and a brief description of the issue.

Returns and refunds will only be accepted if an issue is confirmed through the uncut unboxing video and other required details.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that are not defective or incorrect.

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery or without the proper documentation cannot be accepted.
